I will say, it loops quite nicely. The overall tone of this song is dark and eerie, which makes it a good song. Sadly I've been noticing a trend. The songs are always so short. Though it loops nicely, I can't help but to feel not only are you keeping the songs short, but your talents as well. And I WILL keep saying this; you have a nice talent. You know how to make some good music, even if you're just practicing or still learning or whatever. I would love to see songs like this, and others that really dig deep into your skills. I still like this song, don't get me wrong, but try to really aim high, and take some time to really make your music pop. Just keep on a going. :D

This sounds great! I really like the tune you have here. The only thing is there seems to be one thing missing. A base? Maybe, but it just sounds like it needs just a bit of an extra oomph. It's still good, but it can use just a little bit more to make my bones rattle and my skin melt off my body. In a good way. All in all, nice work!

[As I look into the Black]

It's like I'm looking into the very darkest regions of my mind, finding a path of memories I have long forgotten, little flowers coming to life, only to die as I try to touch them. All my dreams, watching from behind me like I am a stranger, though I knew them once before. Yet they never greet me; they leave me to travel my own dark path. I see visions of times I once cherished but had to let go, Everything behind me is falling into the black as I descend farther. I see very few that I am glad to remember, just to walk past them, seeming like I'm trying to find a reason to either go foreword into the past that I am all but loved by, or to the future where it is now dark and unpromising?

It's such a gentle, song... it makes me cold, but it makes me think, and that is what a song should do. Make you think, come up with a story in your own words, and...connect, which this song did. Well done.

That is a dark story, and it fits the music perfectly. I've felt so similar to your description after tragedies in life. I would let my mind wander to happier times that felt so very real and warm, but they would disappear the moment I try to reach out and touch them. I'd travel further and further back in time trying to re-experience a moment of respite, but each one would fade into the black. I'd try to rationalize. If I keep going back, maybe I can escape the pain of the present? After enough time, every memory would fade and I'd realize that the past cannot be reclaimed; only admired and appreciated from afar. But at that moment, with all the lights from the past gone, the path to the future would become a bit brighter, and I'd realize that the future was mine to create. It was a path full of potential memories for me to create. That thought would somehow reassure me, and I'd finally look forward.

Ahh Lavender town, my favorite creepy song.

I have to say, your version not only sounds wicked, but it also seems to complement the disturbing quality of what is Lavender town. It's dark, morbid, chilling, but in it's on way, lovely and beautiful. Also, it loops together perfectly. It's short, but I guess as long as it's on repeat, I can't complain.

Wonderful job. Here's a banana for excellence.
